Driving Directions to Santa Clara Family Practice
1. From Highway 101, 237 or Central Expressway:
Take Mathilda exit toward downtown Sunnyvale.
After about 2 miles, make a left on Iowa Ave.
Then make a right at the 3rd traffic light, which will be Sunnyvale Ave.
We will be on your right hand side, before the 1st traffic light.
Please walk to the front to the main entrance.
2. From Highway 280:
Take De Anza Blvd. Exit, toward the city of Sunnyvale.
De Anza Blvd will become Sunnyvale-Saratoga Rd.
The road will fork to Sunnyvale Ave. or Mathilda. Take Mathilda.
After El Camino Real, make a right on to Iowa Ave.
Then make a right at the 3rd traffic light, which will be Sunnyvale Ave.
We will be on your right hand side before the 1st traffic light.
Please walk to the front to the main entrance.
3. From El Camino Real, Mountain View direction:
Make a left on to Mathilda Ave. from El Camino Real.
Make a right at the 2nd traffic light, which will be Iowa Ave.
Make a right at the 3rd traffic light, which will be Sunnyvale Ave.
We will be on your right hand side, before the 1st traffic light.
Please walk to the front to the main entrance.
4. From El Camino Real, Santa Clara direction:
Make a right on to Mathilda Ave. from El Camino Real.
Make a right at the 2nd traffic light, which will be Iowa Ave.
Make a right at the 3rd traffic light, which will be Sunnyvale Ave.
We will be on your right hand side, before the 1st traffic light.
